Class Product
A group activity is scheduled for a specific time, and participants can book a spot as long as there are seats available.
Example: A spinning class has been scheduled for Thursday at 2:00 PM with 30 available spots.

BRP Configuration → Products → Products
No rights necessary:
When this box is checked, all customers can book the service. If unchecked, booking rights are restricted to those displayed in the "Right for Booking" field.
Rights for booking:
Shows which rights grant permission to book this service via web booking. These rights are registered under Configuration → Admittance → Rights.
Booking rule:
Select a preconfigured booking rule.
Number of slots:
Specifies how many total spots are available per session for this group activity product—i.e., the maximum possible number of participants, including any drop-in spots.
Number of drop-in:
A drop-in spot in BRP is a spot for a group activity that cannot be pre-booked. Enter how many spots out of the total should be reserved for drop-in. These spots cannot be booked via web booking; instead, they are booked on-site at the facility.
Minimum number of participants:
Specifies the minimum number of booked participants for the class to not be cancelled.
Use check presence:
Enables the check-in function for the group activity.
Automatic cancellation of no-shows:
Indicates whether spots not claimed by the participant should be automatically canceled. This requires the automatic cancellation of no-shows feature to be activated.
Admittance
If persons who booked this class should be able to access the facility using card/wristband, check the “Passage according to time of booking” box. This is not necessary if only persons with a subscription/value card can book classes, since they will get the right for admittance through those products instead.
Minutes before/Minutes after:
Decide how long before and after a booking the person can enter the facility.

Admittance type:
Used to separate customers heading to different parts of the facility, allowing for separate statistics (e.g., spa vs. gym)
