When this box is checked, all customers can book the service. If unchecked, booking rights are restricted to those displayed in the "Right for Booking" field.

Rights for booking:

Booking rule:
Select a preconfigured booking rule.

Minimum age limit:
Specifies the minimum age (in years) of the participant to be able to book this class. If none is set, there is no minimum age limit for the class.

If the setting ageLimitInMonthsForTheGroupActivityProduct is enabled, the age limit has to be specified in months instead of years.

Maximum age limit:
Specifies the required upper age limit (in years) to attend the class.
The field is hidden if the setting useUpperAgeLimitForTheGroupActivityProduct is false.

If the setting ageLimitInMonthsForTheGroupActivityProduct is enabled, the age limit has to be specified in months instead of years.

Number of slots:
Specifies how many total spots are available per session for this group activity product—i.e., the maximum possible number of participants, including any drop-in spots.

Number of drop-in:
A drop-in spot in BRP is a spot for a group activity that cannot be pre-booked. Enter how many spots out of the total should be reserved for drop-in. These spots cannot be booked via web booking; instead, they are booked on-site at the facility.

Minimum number of participants:
Specifies the minimum number of booked participants for the class to not be cancelled.

The class will not be automatically cancelled when the number of participants is lower than this value. However, in Back Office → Classes → Classes, there will be a badge that lets the administrator know that there are too few participants so the class can be manually cancelled.

Notify time in minutes:
Related to “Send notification to participants before class”.

Use check presence:

Automatic cancellation of no-shows:
Indicates whether spots not claimed by the participant should be automatically canceled. This requires the automatic cancellation of no-shows feature to be activated.
