Badges are used to indicate the status of an object.

This person has an active subscription, but is currently suspended.

Persons

  • "Active" (green) if the person has an active subscription.

  • "Suspended" (red) if the person is currently suspended.

  • "Staff" (blue)

  • "Blocked" (orange) if the person cannot enter because of an unpaid invoice

  • "Marked for anonymization" markedForAnonymization on person

  • "Failed logins" too high (red)

  • "Alternative gate" (neutral)

Subscriptions

  • "Cancelled" when the subscription has been cancelled

  • "Debited until ...." is displayed for prepaid subscriptions on the person overview

  • "Renew" when the subscription is renewed automatically

  • "Frozen" when the customer has frozen the subscription

  • “Unpaid” when the subscription has never been debited

  • "Late" when the subscription has been debited before, but is not debited until today.

Classes

  • Missing instructors (more participants than the dynamic class has instructors to cover)

    • Participants exceeds the capacity (based on resources) for a class with dynamic resource requirement

  • Too few participants 

    • Number of participants < "Minimum number of participants"

  • Too many instructors (happens if participants cancel their bookings for a class with dynamic resource requirements)

    • Example: 16 participants would be covered by one main instructor and two additional instructors since they all give six slots, but we have one main instructor and three additional instructors planned.

  • Full

    • No more participants can book since we reached the limit for the class on the product or on the planned class
