Entry right from service booking

What is it?
When the customer have booked a service that service can give them the right to pass with a certain entry right. This can be used in combination with “Players” and in that case all participants can enter.

Configuration
Configuration is found under the service tab for services products.
Passage according to time of booking | When this is selected this service can be used for passage. |
Minutes before | Minutes before the start of booking the customer can enter, default is 0 |
Minutes after | Minutes after the end of booking a customer can enter, default is 0 |

Admittance type | The admittance type of the passage if this booking is used to enter. |
Admittance with booking QR code
Attention: The product is cached. For products this is configured to 1 hour. So it can take up to 1 hour after changing these settings for them to have an effect in the app.

Enable the setting “sendOrderConfirmationEmailWhenInternetPayment” so that order confirmations are sent out after payment in web/app/API. This email will contain the QR code for entrance.
Enable bookable via internet on the service product
In the product’s service tab, enable ‘Generate QR-code for admittance’
Set time interval, rights and admittance type also
Then the QR code for service booking will be in the bottom of the order confirmation email after booking online.
If there are multiple service bookings in the order, there will be QR codes for each service booking item with product name and the start time.
When reading the QR code in an optical reader at the facility, the system will check the defined time interval and rights of the service product at the entrance.
After successful QR reading, the system creates a PassageTry with the product's PassageTryType (Admittance type).
